Human Resource Information System Manager

We are partnering with a leading organization in Saudi Arabia to appoint an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the organization's HR systems, technology landscape, and digital HR initiatives.

This is a confidential replacement hire offering an excellent opportunity for an HR technology professional to drive system optimization, enhance HR processes, and support the organization's ongoing digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HRIS platform

• Manage SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity

• Oversee HRIS implementations, system upgrades, testing, and release management

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution

• Partner with HR and IT teams to manage system integrations and process enhancements

• Support HR operations through effective system configuration, reporting, and data management

• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and end-user support

• Contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization

• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and HR system best practices

Candidate Profile:

• Approximately 10+ years of HR experience, including 2–3+ years in a dedicated HRIS role

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors

• Proven track record managing HRIS implementations, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support

• Experience managing HR processes, HR data, and system integrations

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of SAP HANA is highly desirable

• Experience supporting SuccessFactors implementation projects and HR digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
