This full-time, on-site role as a Human Resource Manager is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring alignment with labor regulations, handling conflict resolution, and supporting organizational growth. The role demands excellent relationship management and strategic planning to support both employees and business operations effectively.

• Proficiency in recruitment, employee onboarding, and workforce planning
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance processes
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• At least a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar HR management role, with familiarity with UAE labor laws being a significant advantage
