About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR & Administration Assistant with 23 years of UAE experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The role supports the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and office administration, including recruitment support, employee documentation, and coordination with the PRO for visa issuance, renewals, and cancellations.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, maintains accurate employee and candidate records, ensures compliance with company policies, and contributes to smooth office operations and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources & Recruitment

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including posting job vacancies on approved job portals, screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and prepare for interviews, including interview schedules, candidate documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing job offers, employment contracts, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation of employee onboarding, offboarding, and probation processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Liaise with the PRO for visa processing, Labour contracts, and other government-related HR matters.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with UAE Labour Law, internal policies, and best practices.
  • Stay informed of updates to UAE Labour Law and support the HR Manager in maintaining compliance.

Office Administration

  • Manage office administration tasks including inventory tracking, replenishment of office supplies, and coordination with vendors.
  • Ensure proper documentation and organization of all administrative and HR-related files (digital and physical).
  • Support smooth day-to-day office operations and provide administrative assistance as required.

Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate with the HR Manager in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years of proven HR experience in the real estate industry within the UAE
  • Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and handle sensitive situations with integrity and confidentiality
