Role Overview
Z. Sports is a premium multi-sport and lifestyle facility in Dubai. We are looking for ahands-on HR & Admin Officerto manage day-to-day HR operations, staff administration, andsupport the initial hiring and setup of our workforceas the business launches and scales.
This role is ideal for someone who isorganized, people-oriented, and experienced in U.A.E HR processes, with the ability to build HR systems from the ground up in a fast-growing sports environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the initial hiring of employeesacross operations (coaches, receptionists, caf staff, admin, and support roles)
- Assist in job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer issuance
- Handle end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, contracts, employee records, exits)
- Manage attendance, shift rosters, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
- Prepare and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee files
- Coordinate visa, labour contract, MOHRE & immigration processes
- Support disciplinary matters, warnings, and performance documentation
- Manage administrative tasks (office supplies, vendor coordination, facility admin support)
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR and admin queries
- Ensure compliance with U.A.E Labour Law and company policies
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in HR & Administration (U.A.E experience mandatory)
- Proven experiencesupporting recruitment and workforce setup
- Strong knowledge of U.A.E Labour Law, visa & immigration processes
- Experience handling shift-based staff (sports, hospitality, retail, or F&B preferred)
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office / HR systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
