Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to provide effective employee services and support to employees while ensure that all services are conducted as per the organizational policy and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Analyze employee issues, formulate a response, and communicate comprehensively to queries to ensure employee's receive complete information in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional, strong working relationships with external and internal customers, and People & Impact colleagues to deliver the right solutions.
- Action decisions made by HR management and conveyed positively to administer employee eligibilities and benefits.
- Handle the corporate communication of all updates, changes, new initiatives, and new policies through online channels (email, workplace, phone calls, etc.
- Assist in general administration to ensure organizational operations run smoothly.
- Identify and escalate consistent or recurring problems with systems and processes to actively partake in solution-findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related specialty

- Excellent in using Microsoft Office.
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and friendly attitude when dealing with internal and external customers.
- Good analytical skills.
Preferred skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in business administration role.
