Temporary HR Analytics Executive (3 Months)

Salary: 10000 AED – 12000 AED

Location: DMCC, Dubai

Employment Type: Temporary Assignment – Approximately 3 Months

Visa Sponsorship: Only candidates with their own valid UAE visa (Family/Spouse Sponsorship, Golden Visa, Freelance, etc.) valid for more than 6 months will be considered.

Job Summary

Our client is undertaking a group-wide Human Capital database project covering their company and its associated group companies across all locations. The project will run for approximately three months and involves gathering, reviewing, organizing, and consolidating employee data into a structured and analytical database.

To support this initiative, they are seeking a temporary HR Analytics resource, who have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to process and organize a large volume of employee documentation into meaningful and accurate data.

This is a short-term, on-site assignment in DMCC, Dubai, with an expected duration of approximately three months. The role requires immediate availability and does not include visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR analytics, HR operations, HR reporting, workforce reporting, or data-heavy HR coordination roles.
  • Prior exposure to managing or analyzing HR/employee data is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
  • Advanced formulas and functions
  • PivotTables and data summarization
  • Data validation and lookups
  • Power Query is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered analytics and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI features, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of HR data structures, employee records, and reporting requirements.
  • Experience with dashboards, HR reports, or basic data visualization tools is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and validate employee data and supporting documentation from the company and related group companies across all locations.
  • Organize and consolidate employee records into a structured HR database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Clean, classify, and standardize HR data for reporting and analytical purposes.
  • Prepare Excel-based trackers, summaries, PivotTables, and reports to support project progress and management decision-making.
  • Use advanced Excel functions and tools (formulas, data validation, lookups) to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Apply AI-powered analytics and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI features) to streamline data processing, analysis, and reporting as required.
  • Support the development of dashboards, workforce reports, and management information packs where needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive employee information throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Deliver day-to-day outputs according to agreed timelines and project milestones.
