Role Overview
The Human Resources Assistant will provide operational and administrative support to the HR function, ensuring smooth delivery of onboarding, Offboarding, employee records management, Emiratization, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. The role acts as the first point of contact for employees and supports the HR Manager in ensuring consistent application of HR policies, UAE labor law compliance, and internal HR procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle day-to-day HR administration and documentation.
- Respond to staff queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in organizing HR events, trainings, and initiatives.
- Support payroll and attendance management as required.
Must Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Hands-on experience with HR software (e.g., SAP, HRIS systems).
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
