Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Assist in compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle HR inquiries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.

Recruitment

  • Executes pre-screening phone interviews in order to interview live only shortlisted candidates with minimum job requirement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration or similar field.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Not registered in GOSI during the past six months
  • Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program

Required Skills

  • English Language is a must.
  • Good knowledge in Excel.
  • Good Reporting Skills.
