About the Role

Al Safadi Hospitality is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. This role will partner closely with business leaders to provide operational and strategic HR support while ensuring compliance with Company policies and UAE Labour Law.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance management, and managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and department heads to provide HR guidance and support across all people-related matters.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, employee movements, performance management, resignations, terminations, and offboarding.
  • Lead employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, workplace investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, HR procedures, and UAE Labour Law while coaching managers on their consistent application.
  • Support the probation and performance management processes, providing guidance on performance improvement where required.
  • Conduct exit interviews, identify retention trends, and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and case files.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce trends to support business decisions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities, workforce planning, and organizational changes when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Retail, or another fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong background in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
