Human Resources Business Partner

We're Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Second Industrial City, Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and provide strategic and operational HR support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and Saudi Labor Law.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to management.
• Lead organizational development and change-management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of relevant HR experience, including solid experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM or CIPD is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
