CONFIDENTIAL OPPORTUNITY | HR Business Partner – Egypt
We are currently supporting a confidential search for an HR Business Partner within a leading multinational organization with 45,000+ employees across multiple countries.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to partner closely with business leaders across Egypt, translating business priorities into effective people strategies and supporting organizational performance, talent, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Partner with business leadership to understand organizational priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Provide strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive and support talent management, succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design and people-related decision-making.
- Support performance management processes and ensure effective goal setting and performance discussions.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policies and employment-related matters.
- Use people data and analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
- Support engagement and employee experience initiatives across the business.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards and other HR functions to deliver integrated people solutions.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with HR policies, governance and local employment regulations.
- Contribute to building a high-performing and engaging culture across the organization.
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner / HRBP within a multinational, large corporate or complex business environment.
- Strong understanding of core HR practices including performance management, talent management, workforce planning and employee relations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into people solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to HR.
- Experience working across multiple functions, business units or diverse stakeholder groups is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded and solutions-oriented.
