This position will play a key role in Saudization, Saudi Labor Law, HR reporting, employee relations, workforce administration, and HR business support. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a multicultural and operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Saudization / Localization
- Monitor and support the company'sSaudization and Nitaqat requirements
- Track Saudi and non-Saudi headcount, localization ratios, and workforce movements
- Prepare regular Saudization reports and highlight potential compliance risks
- Support recruitment and workforce planning initiatives to achieve Saudization targets
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation required for government and HR compliance
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams regarding Saudi nationals recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention
- Stay updated on changes to Saudi government requirements and regulations affecting workforce localization
Saudi Labor Law & Compliance
- Maintain strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and applicable HR regulations.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, employment practices, leave, contracts, working hours, disciplinary procedures, termination, and other employee matters.
- Support HR processes to ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements when required.
- Monitor regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to the HR team and business.
HR Business Partner
- Provide HR support to managers and employees across the organization.
- Assist with employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance-related matters.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and requests.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Support workforce planning based on business and operational requirements.
- Partner with recruitment teams to support hiring activities, particularly for positions relevant to Saudization targets.
- Monitor vacancies and workforce requirements and provide regular updates to management.
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Support day-to-day employee relations activities.
- Assist with attendance, leave, disciplinary, and performance management processes.
- Ensure HR documentation and employee records are properly maintained.
- Work closely with Payroll and HR Operations to ensure accurate employee information and timely resolution of HR matters.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.Previous experience in an HR Analyst, HR Generalist or HRBP role.
- Strong and practical knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is mandatory.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Saudization/Nitaqat.
- Experience monitoring Saudi/non-Saudi workforce ratios and supporting localization targets.
- Experience working with HR reports, headcount data, and HR metrics.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential employee information.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.Advanced English is required and fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing with Saudi government HR platforms and employment-related processes.
- Experience supporting Saudization initiatives in a company with a large operational or frontline workforce.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and government requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM,or HRCI is an advantage.
