We are partnering with an established multinational organisation to appoint an HR Business Partner to support business leaders across the full spectrum of Human Resources.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role partners closely with stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will also contribute to HR initiatives, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and continuous process improvements while working collaboratively with regional and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.
- Advise and support managers on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, compensation, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, best practices, and people-related matters.
- Manage employee relations issues, including performance concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters where required.
- Ensure HR processes, employee records, and HR systems are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies and local employment legislation.
- Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and provide insights to support business decisions and workforce planning.
- Participate in regional or global HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen HR operations, service delivery, and organisational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional HR certifications will be an advantage.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a broad generalist HR role within a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience managing employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels.
