We're Hiring | HR Business Partner (Emirati)
Our client, a leading Dubai Government entity, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team. This position is part of the organization's Emiratization initiative.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Support organizational design, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Advise managers on HR policies, Labour Law, and best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations teams to deliver effective people solutions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure HR processes comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within the public sector or a large, complex organization is an advantage.
