Role Description

HR Business Partner will be Responsible for hiring for the Sales Force team

Manage employee relations cases and serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related issues

Monitor discipline and ensure employee compliance with company policies

Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new hires

Support performance management processes, including evaluations and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)

Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover data, and recommend retention actions

Oversee medical insurance and employee benefits administration

Prepare HR reports, monitor branch status, and flag people-related risks or issues.

Qualifications

- from 2 years to 5 years of experience in HR (Generalist / HRBP / Recruitment)

- Mass hiring experience is highly preferred (especially sales roles)

- FMCG experience is preferred

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work closely with field teams and management

- Willingness and flexibility to travel is a must

- Good reporting and Excel skills are a plus
