We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital HR operations and business partnering, with proven experience supporting physicians, consultants, and clinical staff. The role requires partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to hospital leadership and department heads.
- Provide HR support and guidance to physicians, consultants, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Manage employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support physician onboarding, credentialing coordination, contract management, and workforce planning.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Support compensation reviews, promotions, transfers, and workforce restructuring initiatives.
- Lead and support HR projects, change management initiatives, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on talent management, learning and development, and rewards programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of HR experience, with a strong preference for experience within hospitals or healthcare organizations.
- Proven experience supporting physicians, consultants, and other clinical staff.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
