At SODIC, we're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner Supervisor, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders while driving people initiatives that support organizational growth and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with business units to provide strategic HR support and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Drive the performance management cycle through continuous guidance, KPI alignment and employee development support.
• Identify talent gaps, support succession planning and contribute to building strong leadership pipelines.
• Utilize workforce analytics and people insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
• Support learning and development initiatives in partnership with managers and the OD team.
• Contribute to manpower planning, employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Support Oracle HCM optimization and adoption across the business.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience across HR functions, including at least 2 years in an HRBP role.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong capabilities in Performance Management, People Development, Workforce Analytics and Talent & Succession Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
