About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with 6 to 10 years of proven HR expertise within the Defense, Land, Military, or Automotive sectors. This critical role is based in Al Kharj and seeks a strategic partner who can align HR initiatives with business goals to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with operational needs and organizational goals.
- Lead strategic manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to meet business demands.
- Manage employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Support organizational design, development, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
- Drive key talent management initiatives including IDPs, promotion cycles, salary reviews, and rewards administration.
- Oversee recruitment operations and optimize talent acquisition processes specific to defense, military, and automotive sectors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certification preferred.
- 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, specifically with Defense, Land, Military, or Automotive industries.
- Demonstrated experience as a strategic HR Business Partner with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and HR programs successfully.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Preferably Saudi Nationals residing in or near Al Kharj.
