Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Dubai operations. This role is suitable for HR professionals with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience who are ready to take on broader responsibilities, work closely with business stakeholders, and grow within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an HR partner to managers and team leads in Dubai
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, probation, confirmation, and offboarding
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Advise managers on HR policies, basic disciplinary processes, and people-related issues
  • Support recruitment activities including screening, interviews, and offer coordination
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies
  • Support performance reviews, KPI / OKR cycles, and people development initiatives
  • Assist in improving HR SOPs, documentation, and workflows
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams on cross-border initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HRBP support role
  • Basic knowledge of UAE labour law or strong willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
