Position Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Dubai operations and serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and regional stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in driving people strategies that enable business performance, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on HR execution. This role requires confidence in navigating complex people matters within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

What You Will Do:

Strategic Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness
  • Translate business priorities into practical, scalable people solutions
  • Support workforce planning and structural alignment

Performance & Employee Experience

  • Guide performance management, probation reviews, and development planning
  • Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment and consistency
  • Coach leaders to strengthen engagement and team effectiveness

Talent & Growth

  • Partner on hiring strategies aligned to business expansion
  • Contribute to succession planning and retention initiatives
  • Enhance onboarding and employee experience programs

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal policies
  • Oversee contracts, documentation, and employee lifecycle management
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration with stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 58 years of progressive HR experience with solid HRBP exposure
  • Experience in corporate or multinational environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Independent, commercially aware, and solutions-oriented
