About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled HR ERP Consultant with both functional and technical expertise to support, enhance, and optimize our HR systems.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between HR operations and technology, ensuring our ERP environment delivers efficient, automated, and scalable HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Functional Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with HR stakeholders.
- Analyze and map HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Learning, Self-Service, etc.).
- Configure, test, and implement HR modules in the ERP system.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and functional support.
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, reports, and workflows.
- Build and enhance APIs, interfaces, and data migration scripts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate fixes with IT and vendors.
- Support data quality initiatives and ensure secure handling of HR data.
- Work on performance tuning, automation solutions, and technical optimizations.
