A GCC based consulting firm is looking to engage with a bilingual HR Consultant based in Dubai. This role is on-site and the duration of the contract one month.

This role involves key deliverables that focus on workload analysis and staffing requirements.
Responsibilities
Deliverable 1: Workload Analysis Report
- Conduct Activity Mapping: Deconstruct departmental functions into specific tasks to quantify the volume, frequency, and average duration of recurring operations.
- Analyze Time Allocation: Evaluate the distribution of hours.
- Identify Process Bottlenecks: Pinpoint systemic delays or points of friction where manual intervention or redundant approvals artificially inflate the required workload.
- Benchmark Operational Efficiency: Compare current output levels against industry standard times and internal KPIs to determine a baseline for standardized performance.
Deliverable 2: Staffing Requirement Report
- Calculate FTE Requirements: Translate the validated workload data into precise Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) numbers required to sustain daily operations without burnout.
Qualifications
- Advanced Academic Degree: Master's degree in human resources management, Business Administration (MBA), or Industrial-Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
Required Skills
- Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Credential: Specialized certification in workforce modeling and long-term human capital forecasting.
- Organizational Design Expertise: Designing organizational structures and optimizing spans of control.
- Advanced Data Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of data visualization and statistical tools for headcount modeling.
- Regional Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UAE Labor Law and public sector employment frameworks to ensure compliance.
Preferred Skills
- Optional, Senior HR Certification: Professional designation such as SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional).
