Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit top real estate agents and support staff
• Manage end to end recruitment, from job posting and interviews through to onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
• Work closely with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and align talent strategy with business goals
• Represent Topaz's brand and culture to ensure we consistently attract the right calibre of talent

Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 years of HR or recruitment experience (real estate background is a strong plus)
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and UAE labour law compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to grow
• Based in Dubai and available to work on site
