Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings.
- Help coordinate interview schedules with candidates.
- Update and maintain candidate databases.
- Employee File Management:
- Organize and maintain employee records.
- Help update and keep employee documentation in proper order.
- Coordination with Other Departments:
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with the training department for organizing employee workshops and training sessions.
- Employee Queries Support:
- Provide support by answering employee inquiries related to policies and benefits.
- Performance Evaluation Support:
- Assist in gathering data for employee performance evaluations.
- Monitor the annual review schedule.
- Payroll and Benefits Assistance:
- Help gather data related to payroll, leaves, and benefits.
- Assist in tracking employee leave balances and records.
- Report Preparation:
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports such as attendance and leave reports.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
