We are seeking a Junior yet detailoriented and proactive professional to support our People & Culture (P&C) Operations and Government Relations functions. The role will work closely with the P&C Government Relations Executive (PGRE), outsourced PROs, and internal teams to ensure seamless employee lifecycle administration and compliance with government regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Support PGRE and outsourced PROs by preparing, organizing, and coordinating all documentation required for visa processing, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws and statutory recruitment/employment requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and timely submissions.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams to collect all necessary documents for government-related submissions.
- Monitor visa timelines, track expiry dates, and proactively flag upcoming actions to PGRE and outsourced PROs across external markets.
- Maintain and update internal trackers and P&C systems with visa, work permit, and statutory information once processed.
- Support full employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, file management (physical/digital), and issuance of staff IDs.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including visas, national IDs, passports, work permits, and representative cards, ensuring timely follow-ups before expiry.
- Coordinate with Payroll & Benefits to ensure accurate employee data, support attendance and leave tracking, and assist with medical insurance activation/deactivation.
- Handle employee support requests, such as issuing service letters, NOCs, visa letters, and other employment-related documents.
- Manage internal employee communications, including announcements for new joiners, birthdays, promotions, and leavers, ensuring timely and engaging updates.
- Collect all required documents from candidates for onboarding and visa processing, and coordinate efficiently with both internal teams and external candidates to ensure smooth and timely completion of all requirements.
Requirement:
- Education & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 02 years in HR administration, personnel administration, or office administration (GCC experience preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office with basic HR systems knowledge; fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Understanding of local cultural norms and regional employment, immigration, labour, and ministry-related regulations.
