Draft employment contracts, ensuring inclusion of all required details and legal obligations, and verify that contracts are reviewed and signed by the appropriate individuals.
Assist in the off-boarding process by helping resigned employees complete their clearance forms.
Update the HR system with information about departing employees to maintain accurate human capital records.
Facilitate the entry of data for newly hired employees into the company's system.
Ensure labor slips for new hires are sent to the labor office within 30 days of hiring dates.
Assist in collecting fingerprints from newly hired employees to enroll them in the fingerprint recognition system.
Coordinate with the legal department to obtain health certificates for newly hired employees.
Requirements :
A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage various HR functions.
Familiarity with HR software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
