Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Draft employment contracts, ensuring inclusion of all required details and legal obligations, and verify that contracts are reviewed and signed by the appropriate individuals.
  • Assist in the off-boarding process by helping resigned employees complete their clearance forms.
  • Update the HR system with information about departing employees to maintain accurate human capital records.
  • Facilitate the entry of data for newly hired employees into the company's system.
  • Ensure labor slips for new hires are sent to the labor office within 30 days of hiring dates.
  • Assist in collecting fingerprints from newly hired employees to enroll them in the fingerprint recognition system.
  • Coordinate with the legal department to obtain health certificates for newly hired employees.

Requirements :

  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage various HR functions.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
