Qualifications
- Must be based in Cairo, Egypt
- 4-6 years of experience
- Must have experience in HR related matters (Labor Law, registration of employees, Social
Security, Payroll, On-boarding, Off-boarding, Disciplinary action, etc..)
- Excellent command of Arabic and English both in writing and speech is a must.
- Exposure to UAE and KSA regulations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all matters related to Human Resources within Egypt, the UAE, and KSA.
- Ensure company's compliance with local Labor Law and regulations of the UAE, Egypt, and
KSA.
- Handle relevant disclosures to the governmental entities including, without limitation, the local
labor offices and social security across all jurisdictions.
- Communicate with the managers and ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Post job vacancies, screen applications, and forward them to Ninjaz managers in accordance
with the required qualifications and skills.
- Evaluates profiles of potential candidates and performs preliminary phone screen assessments.
- Phone screen all candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, basic qualifications, and
- Assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives.
- Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs using a variety of training methods,
including classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching.
- Track and analyse training and coaching outcomes, providing regular feedback to the
management team.
- Responsible for employee on-boarding and off-boarding follow up and adherence to local labor
laws.
- Follow up with leave status, leave approval, and update system to ensure accuracy of employee
records.
- Ensure recruitment of high calibre employees to help achieve the business targets, within
budgeted staffing plans.
- Conduct talent management processes.
- Provide HR advice guided by local labor laws and other relevant regulations.
- Maintaining active relations with business functions and engaging to provide functional support.
- Handling the performance management annual cycle and merit increases with the direct
manager.
- Foster a cooperative working climate, maximising productivity and colleague morale.
- Support the Team as necessary to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- The qualified candidate will support with administrative tasks and project management capabilities.
