Company Description
Eco Drive Driving School is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to focus primarily on high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and visa processing. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensure a seamless new hire experience, and handle all employment visa formalities. While recruitment and onboarding are the primary focus, the coordinator will also provide secondary support to the HR team in areas such as employee relations, payroll assistance, and HR administration when required.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities (Primary – Recruiting & Onboarding)
Recruitment (End-to-End)
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs for driving instructors, administrative staff, and support roles.
- Post job advertisements on portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person or virtual interviews.
- Manage interview feedback and selection processes.
- Maintain a candidate database and talent pipeline for high-demand roles (e.g., driving instructors).
Onboarding & Documentation
- Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding checklists.
- Collect and verify new hire documents (passport copies, visa copies, educational certificates, driving instructor licenses, etc.).
- Conduct new employee orientation to explain company policies, culture, and basic HR processes.
- Coordinate with IT, admin, and operations teams to ensure workspace, email, and access are ready for new joiners.
Visa Processing
- Manage the full employment visa process: application, quota check, labor approval, stamping, Emirates ID processing, and medicals.
- Coordinate with PRO or external typing centers for visa renewals, cancellations, and transfers.
- Ensure all employees maintain valid residency and work permits in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Track visa expiry dates and proactively initiate renewals.
Key Responsibilities (Secondary – Support Role)
HR Administration Support
- Assist the HR Generalist in maintaining employee records (personal info, attendance, leave) for 700+ employees.
- Help with document filing, data entry, and HR system updates.
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Provide attendance, leave, and new hire data to payroll team.
- Assist in distributing salary certificates, bank opening letters, and medical insurance cards.
Employee Relations Support
- Act as a secondary point of contact for basic employee queries (e.g., visa status, leave balance).
- Escalate grievances or complex issues to the HR Generalist.
RTA Permits Support
- Assist HR Generalist in tracking and renewing RTA permits for driving instructors as needed.
Employee Engagement Support
- Help organize employee engagement activities when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and visa processing.
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa processes (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, medical, Emirates ID).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory) .
- Proficient in HR software, job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Dubizzle), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Highly organized with ability to handle high-volume recruitment (50+ hires per month possible).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
