Key Responsibilities New Employees & Onboarding
- Hiring documentation processing - New Employee Number generation - Creation of company email - Compilation of employee documents and submission to Finance - Preparation of preliminary offers - Job offer preparation and coordination of internal approvals - Communication with employees and follow-up with Accounts
- Liaising with the administration team for visa issuance
Payroll & Finance Coordination
- Review payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions) - Verification of claim documents - Payroll approval coordination and submission to Finance
Employee Allowances
- Administration of Employee Allowances.
Employee Relations & Coordination
- Addressing employee issues with relevant stakeholders
Leave, Attendance & Time Management
- Annual and sick leave approvals - Timesheet management and overtime tracking - Biometric attendance monitoring
Final Settlement & Offboarding
- Employee final settlements - EOS calculation - De-mobilization processing - Processing terminations, transfers, addendums, and memos
Letters & Certificates
- Salary certificates (English & Arabic) - Experience certificates - Employee document filing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - 35 years HR operations experience
Key Skills
- High attention to detail - Confidentiality and professionalism - Strong coordination and follow-up - English proficiency (Arabic preferred)
KPIs
- Payroll accuracy 99.5% - Timely onboarding and final settlement processing - Zero compliance breaches
