Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, recruitment activities, and employee services, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and internship program administration.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Administer medical insurance programs, including enrollments, claims, renewals, and employee support.
  • Maintain employee records and support HR service delivery, employee relations, and policy compliance.
  • Monitor attendance, leave balances, overtime records, and HR system updates.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, corporate events, and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation bookings.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain accurate HR data and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, visitor management, and office operations support.
  • Coordinate with IT and Facilities teams regarding employee assets, access cards, equipment, and workplace requirements.
  • Manage corporate memberships, subscriptions, renewals, and other HR-related administrative services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HRMS platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment.
