Role Description:
Lead the organization's strategic human resources and advanced organizational development agenda. This role is designed for a senior HR leader with proven executive-level experience, capable of partnering with top management to drive business growth, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the overall HR and Organizational Development strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership.
- Drive advanced OD initiatives including organizational design, culture transformation, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Oversee enterprise-level HR frameworks, governance, and people strategies.
- Lead executive talent management, performance, and engagement initiatives.
- Support business growth, change management, and long-term organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of total HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Director role.
- Strong industry background in Real Estate, Construction, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR leadership and advanced Organizational Development.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Location: Fifth Settlement.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Days Off: Friday & Saturday.
Working Hours: from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
