Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Lead HR initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on all human resource matters.
Talent Management & Acquisition
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and on boarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and implement talent development programs to support employee growth and leadership development.
- Establish performance management systems to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture consistent with company values.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Lead investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market analyses to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships and benefits administration.
HR Operations
- Lead HR metrics and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the finance department.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) strongly preferred.

Working Conditions
