We're seeking a strategic and experienced HR Director to lead human resources initiatives, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performing culture. This role is ideal for someone who excels in people strategy, talent management, and aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a supportive and inclusive workplace, addressing employee concerns and enhancing engagement initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Organizational Development: Partner with leadership to drive change management, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives.
- HR Operations & Analytics: Leverage HR systems and data to monitor key metrics, track trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and talent management strategies
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior leadership, and drive organizational change
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
