Position Overview:

As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources operations. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that our human resources policies and practices are in line with current laws and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular training and development programs for employees and managers
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for the executive team
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources
  • Handle any other HR-related tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the energy industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
