Role Overvi

ewWe are seeking an experienced HR Transformation & Operations Lead to drive HR excellence, organizational effectiveness, and people processes for our Egypt operations. This is a senior-level role requiring a strong HR professional with proven experience in HR transformation, transition management, policy development, and implementation of HR framework

s.The ideal candidate will have experience working within Business Process Services (BPS), Network Services, or similar large-scale service organizations and will play a key role in establishing robust HR practices that support business growth and operational efficienc

y.Key Responsibiliti

  • esLead HR transformation and organizational change initiatives across the busines
  • s.Design, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks aligned with organizational objective
  • s.Manage and support business transitions, workforce integrations, and operational restructuring initiative
  • s.Partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR programs and workforce plannin
  • g.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR policie
  • s.Develop employee engagement, performance management, talent management, and retention strategie
  • s.Establish and continuously improve HR operating models, service delivery frameworks, and best practice
  • s.Provide guidance on employee relations, organizational development, and change managemen
  • t.Drive HR process standardization and continuous improvement initiative
  • s.Collaborate with regional and global HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objective

s.Required Qualifications & Experien

  • ceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
  • d.10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilitie
  • s.Proven experience managing HR transitions, transformation programs, and organizational change initiative
  • s.Strong experience in developing and implementing HR policies, frameworks, and governance model
  • s.Experience working in BPS, Network Services, IT Services, Shared Services, or other large service-based organizations is preferre
  • d.Strong knowledge of Egypt labor laws and HR best practice
  • s.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skill
  • s.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environmen

  • leEgyptian nationals currently residing in Egypt/UAE are preferre
  • d.Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholder
  • s.Hands-on, execution-oriented professional capable of driving strategic and operational HR initiative
