ewWe are seeking an experienced HR Transformation & Operations Lead to drive HR excellence, organizational effectiveness, and people processes for our Egypt operations. This is a senior-level role requiring a strong HR professional with proven experience in HR transformation, transition management, policy development, and implementation of HR framework

y.Key Responsibiliti
- esLead HR transformation and organizational change initiatives across the busines
- s.Design, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks aligned with organizational objective
- s.Manage and support business transitions, workforce integrations, and operational restructuring initiative
- s.Partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR programs and workforce plannin
- g.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR policie
- s.Develop employee engagement, performance management, talent management, and retention strategie
- s.Establish and continuously improve HR operating models, service delivery frameworks, and best practice
- s.Provide guidance on employee relations, organizational development, and change managemen
- t.Drive HR process standardization and continuous improvement initiative
- s.Collaborate with regional and global HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objective
s.Required Qualifications & Experien
- ceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
- d.10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilitie
- s.Proven experience managing HR transitions, transformation programs, and organizational change initiative
- s.Strong experience in developing and implementing HR policies, frameworks, and governance model
- s.Experience working in BPS, Network Services, IT Services, Shared Services, or other large service-based organizations is preferre
- d.Strong knowledge of Egypt labor laws and HR best practice
- s.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skill
- s.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environmen
