HR Director – Construction (Contracting) – Abu Dhabi
- Contracting industry experience is mandatory
- Lead HR strategy for the contracting business
- Oversee manpower planning, mobilization, and demobilization
- Manage recruitment for site staff
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and Abu Dhabi regulations
- Oversee site HR operations, worker welfare, and accommodations
- Manage payroll, WPS, overtime, and project allowances
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Lead performance management and talent development
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee government relations (MOHRE, ICP, Tawteen, TAMM)
- Support organizational design and workforce planning
- 15-20 years of experience preferred
