Job Description:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the Group's growth objectives.
• Design and oversee workforce planning aligned with expansion goals.
• Implement performance management systems that drive accountability and results.
• Oversee payroll governance and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail visual merchandising.
• At least 4 years in a leadership/director-level (C-level exposure preferred) role.
• Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, SPHR) required; must come from retail or related industries such as fashion, leisure, or luxury lifestyle.
