Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement
  • Administer leave management and maintain accurate employee records in HRMS
  • Handle HR system management, employee data updates, and reporting
  • Manage PRO activities, including coordination with government authorities
  • Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
  • Handle JAFZA-related documentation and portal activities
  • Manage new joiner onboarding, including offer letters, contracts, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and JAFZA regulations
  • Maintain employee files and support internal/external audits
  • Address employee queries related to HR operations

Requirements

  • 24 years of HR Operations experience in the UAE
  • Hands-on experience with JAFZA processes (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and HR administration
  • Familiarity with HRMS systems
  • Good understanding of UAE Labor Law and visa procedures
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
