We are looking for a dynamic and driven UAEN to strengthen our Emiratisation initiatives across the organization as part of our Emiratisation initiative. This role will play a key part in supporting, developing, and engaging our Emirati talent while partnering closely with leadership teams to drive meaningful workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all Emiratisation initiatives across the organization
• Act as the primary point of contact for Emirati employees, ensuring a positive employee experience and strong engagement
• Partner with business leaders to support recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant government entities, universities, and career platforms
• Support Emiratisation targets, compliance requirements, and reporting
• Identify training and career development opportunities for Emirati talent
• Drive initiatives that support long-term growth, succession planning, and talent development
Requirements:
• This position is part of our Emiratisation initiative and is open to UAEN only
• Proven experience in HR, Emiratisation, employee engagement, or talent development
• Strong understanding of the labour market trends and Emiratisation regulations
• Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic)
