Role: HR Executive
Key Responsibilities
Visa Management
- Coordinate employment visa applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with UAE immigration regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee visas, labour cards, Emirates IDs, and passports.
- Liaise with PROs and relevant authorities for immigration processes.
Payroll & Final Settlement
- Support monthly payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Prepare final settlements for exiting employees in accordance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payroll processing.
Employment Contracts & Documentation
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR-related letters.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee files and HR documentation.
Employee Queries
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries related to policies, leave, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Provide HR support to ensure a positive and responsive employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 45 years of HR experience in the UAE, with generalist HR exposure.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and sound HR values, including integrity, confidentiality, and fairness.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
