Job Description

Role: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Visa Management

  • Coordinate employment visa applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with UAE immigration regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee visas, labour cards, Emirates IDs, and passports.
  • Liaise with PROs and relevant authorities for immigration processes.

Payroll & Final Settlement

  • Support monthly payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leave records, and employee data.
  • Prepare final settlements for exiting employees in accordance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payroll processing.

Employment Contracts & Documentation

  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR-related letters.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee files and HR documentation.

Employee Queries

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries related to policies, leave, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Provide HR support to ensure a positive and responsive employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 45 years of HR experience in the UAE, with generalist HR exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and sound HR values, including integrity, confidentiality, and fairness.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
