Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Executive will oversee and manage HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling administrative HR tasks, and supporting staff through career development. The role also requires monitoring compliance with labor laws and fostering a collaborative work environment that aligns with the organizational culture and goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Policies
• Strong understanding of HR Operations and related administrative tasks
• Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and engagement strategies
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
