Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive cum Recruiter to join our team in Umm Al Quwain. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and supporting employee engagement across the organization.

The ideal candidate will handle sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential hires, coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies. The role also involves supporting employee relations, ensuring legal and policy compliance, and contributing to initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of HR Management, HR best practices, and UAE labor laws
• Hands-on experience in Employee Relations and policy implementation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing, building materials, or construction industries
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
• Applicants must be currently based in the UAE and willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
