We are looking for an Admin & HR Executive with experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in handling blue-collar workforce operations. The role requires strong coordination, people management, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing, attendance, and employee records
Handle blue-collar employee management, coordination, and basic HR operations
Support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR administration
Coordinate purchase of factory materials and liaise with internal teams
Manage suppliers, vendors, and AMC contracts
Handle office and factory administrative tasks efficiently
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor requirements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Admin & HR role
Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory setup
Hands-on experience managing blue-collar employees
Knowledge of payroll, employee coordination, and basic HR processes
Good coordination and organizational skills
Fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English preferred
