Job Description

Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Mission: Manage administrative and HR functions for AMS outsourced staff, including recruitment and staff placement in collaboration with the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employer Branding: Promote a positive image of AMS International.
  • Staff Management: Oversee time and attendance, leave schedules, annual tickets, and personal records.
  • Employee Relations: Provide counseling and resolve employee concerns when needed.
  • Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate personnel files and liaise with AMS Head Office for immigration and labor procedures.
  • Leave & Bonus Management: Track annual and sick leave, coordinate staff bonuses, and manage salary increments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements while ensuring policies are consistently applied and ambiguities addressed.
  • Client Liaison: Coordinate with clients regarding staff updates, office logistics, and onboarding new hires or managing leavers.
  • Payroll & Invoicing: Manage monthly payroll and invoicing through client portals.
