Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Support hiring managers in selection decisions.
  • Organize onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Mediate conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs.
  • Provide guidance on compensation packages.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and maintain competitiveness.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist managers with goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Track employee progress and recommend development plans.
  • Support career growth initiatives.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Organize workshops and learning programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Legal
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements.
  • HR Administration
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
  • Prepare HR metrics reports (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
  • Support organizational changes and restructuring.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
