About the Role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations in Saudi Arabia and provide effective support across the employee lifecycle. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local labour laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate HR records, supporting onboarding and offboarding, handling employee relations matters, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and contributing to HR process improvement and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Support HR team members by providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
  • Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports on HR metrics and trends for management review.
  • Support line managers in addressing organizational and people-related issues, providing guidance on best practices and policies.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency across countries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators.
  • Manage health insurance renewals and claims and employee clearances.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
  • Prepare and manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Well-versed in KSA Labour Law.
  • 5–6 years of experience in an HR-related role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Highly computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and related business tools.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational company or within the Middle East region.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in HR generalist functions, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Oracle and SAP.
  • Candidates must have the legal right to work in Saudi Arabia.
