We are looking for a highly organized HR Specialist to support our HR department and ensure smooth HR operations within the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment: schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, maintain records
- Support onboarding: prepare documents, conduct inductions, ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain employee records and HR databases (accurate and up to date)
- Handle payroll administration and resolve payroll-related queries
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture through HR initiatives
- Maintain strong relations with government offices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Specialist role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, record management)
- Proficient in HR software and quick to learn new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- HR or related qualification is a plus
- Fluent in English and Arabic
