Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized HR Specialist to support our HR department and ensure smooth HR operations within the retail industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment: schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, maintain records
  • Support onboarding: prepare documents, conduct inductions, ensure smooth transitions
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (accurate and up to date)
  • Handle payroll administration and resolve payroll-related queries
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture through HR initiatives
  • Maintain strong relations with government offices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Specialist role
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, record management)
  • Proficient in HR software and quick to learn new systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • HR or related qualification is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
