About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented HR Generalists to join our HR team. The role offers a broad exposure to all HR functions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Post job ads on various platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
2. Personnel & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and documentation.
- Manage social insurance and employee-related governmental processes.
3. Payroll Administration
- Prepare and process monthly payroll data (attendance, overtime, deductions).
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of payroll information.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to Performance Management, OD, Employee Relations, KPIs, and Comp & Ben.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
