Job Summary: The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and delivering high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. The role covers recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, performance management support, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews scheduling).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring.
- Prepare employment contracts in line with Saudi Labor Law.
- Manage onboarding process (documentation, system setup, orientation).
Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR guidance.
- Support disciplinary actions and investigations.
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and Saudi regulations.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee files and HRIS data accuracy.
- Monitor probation evaluations and contract renewals.
- Process leave requests and attendance tracking.
- Support medical insurance coordination and benefits administration.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with GOSI and statutory requirements.
- Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
Performance & Engagement
- Support performance appraisal cycles.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
- Help implement HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- +2 years of HR experience within KSA.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and government portals.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
