Human Resources Generalist

National Motors Egypt was founded by Mr. Hussein Abdul Nabi in 1978 and has grown to become one of Egypt's leading automotive companies. To meet customer demands, National Motors operates certified service centers in Assyut and Cairo, offering exceptional after-sales services and a wide range of imported spare parts. Additionally, the company is the exclusive agent for international lubricant brands Bizol and 77 Lubricants in Egypt, further expanding its scope in the automotive industry.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Assyut, Egypt. The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR functions, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Other responsibilities include addressing employee relations matters, supporting recruitment efforts, and improving HR processes to align with organizational goals. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to foster a positive and efficient workplace culture.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management processes
• Familiarity with designing and implementing HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
